"Pickup was ridiculously late"
I ended up waiting 25 minutes past the pickup time, which was super annoying. Total clown show.

"Actually works, which is rare"
I’ve used Curb a handful of times now and, shockingly, the damn thing hasn’t screwed me over once. Booking was quick, the driver actually showed up, and payment went through without any annoying nonsense. Reliable so far, unlike some other garbage apps I’ve tried.

"Fare info could be a little less frustrating"
I’ve used Curb a few times and it’s been okay overall, but the fare details can feel a bit murky before the ride starts. When I’m already trying to get somewhere, it’s kind of annoying not knowing the fees clearly upfront. It’s not a terrible experience by any means, just confusing enough to put me in a slightly grumpy mood sometimes.

My driver got there right on time, drove safely, and was super polite the whole ride. no complaints at all, everything went really smoooth...

"I’ve used Curb a few times..."
I’ve used Curb a few times now, and the best part is that there’s usually a driver available quickly. Even later in the evening after work, I didn’t have to wait long, which I really appreciated. The app is simple enough to use, and I got picked up without any hassle. It’s been reliable for me so far, so I’d hope they’d consider offering some kind of ride credit or perk for regular users.

They did end up helping me, so I’ll give them that, but the replies took forever. Like, I get that support teams are busy, but when you’re waiting around for a simple answer, it gets old fast. Overall it was okay, just definitely not the quickest experience...
